Put the QR code where people wait: the bar, the guestbook table, restroom mirrors, the back of the ceremony program.
One code per table beats one poster per venue. A code on the table card gets scanned; a code on a sign at the entrance gets walked past.
Give your MC or best man one line: "Scan the code on your table card and upload your photos tonight. The couple sees them live on the screen." Say it once at dinner and once before the first dance.
Start the slideshow early. Seeing their own photo on screen is what prompts the next ten guests to upload theirs.
Use three to five photo challenges, not twenty: "best dance-floor shot", "the couple from across the room", "your table selfie".
Print the short link under every QR code for guests whose camera app does not scan.
Tell older relatives it works in the normal camera app. A twenty-second demo at the family table is worth more than any sign.
